. Under 5100 sq.ft – $570 for selecting 55 photos – duration: under 180 mins

. Under 4100 sq.ft – $480 for selecting 45 photos – duration: under 130 mins

. Under 3100 sq.ft – $390 for selecting 35 photos – duration: under 100 mins

. Under 2100 sq.ft – $300 for selecting 25 photos – duration: under 70 mins

. Under 1500 sq.ft – $190 for selecting 15 photos – duration: under 45 mins

Need to know:

. Pools, amenities, park, activities (extra service): +$50 for 5 photos

. Extra 15 mins duration: $10

. Retouched/Edited: standard time 24 hours to 72 hours

. Drone shots for aerial view: +$90 for 5 photos

. Re-shoot: minimum $110 for 5 photos, depends on requirements of client (not including drone shots and travel fee).

. Selecting additional photos: $11 per photo or $85 for a package of 10

. Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or holidays + 15% extra total fee

. Any booking appointment after 4:00PM + 15% extra total fee ( does not stack with Weekends )

. Travel price will be charged from $15 to $100 in Houston and surrounding, base from my area (Cypress 77429),  please provide zip code for estimating the price of traveling.

. Deposit (minimum fee is $100) to confirm the appointment.

. At least 12 hours notify of reschedule or cancel before the appointment . Failure to do this will incur a fee of $50 because of late rescheduling/cancellation

. If an appointment is rescheduled/cancelled by the time Tomqast is on his way or at the appointment, then you will be charged total amount of deposit because of rescheduled/cancelled .
