Event photos:

. 180$ for the first hour ( total no more than 50 photos )

. additional hour: 90$ ( plus extra 20 photos )

. 15 mins to 30 mins: 50$ ( plus extra 10 photos )

. Retouch/Edited: soft retouch for better images.

Interior / Exterior / Architect photos

Interior / Exterior residential photos

. Under 4100 sq.ft – 350$ for selecting 48 photos – duration: under 180 mins

. Under 3100 sq.ft – 280$ for selecting 38 photos – duration: under 120 mins

. Under 2100 sq.ft – 220$ for selecting 28 photos – duration: under 60 mins

. Under 1500 sq.ft – 170$ for selecting 18 photos – duration: under 45 mins

. Extra 15 mins duration: 10$

. Discount 10% on Residential price if the property is empty

. Selecting additional photos: 6$ per photo or 45$ for a package of 10.

. Plus drone for aerial view: extra 60$ for 5-7 photos

. Retouched/Edited: standard time 48 hours to 96 hours

Need to know:

. Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or holidays + 15% extra total fee

. Any booking appointment after 4:30PM + 15% extra total fee ( does not stack with Weekends )

. Travel price will be charged around 15$ to 75$ in Houston, if the location is far from my area (Cypress 77429), please provide zip code for estimating the price of traveling.

downtown Houston: 40$ | Galveston: 80$ | Austin: 160$ | San Antonio: 240$

. Deposit (minimum fee is 100$) to confirm the appointment.

. At least 12 hours notify of reschedule or cancel before the appointment . Failure to do this will incur a fee of 30$ because of late rescheduling/cancellation

. If an appointment is rescheduled/cancelled by the time Tomqast is on his way or at the appointment, then you will be charged total amount of deposit because of rescheduled/cancelled .
